What She Faced:  Alexandra recently moved to the US from Honduras and was failing some classes and had difficulty adjusting to her new environment.

How We Helped:  Alexandra’s Site Coordinator helped her develop necessary skills to handle life’s changes and encouraged her to focus on her goals.  Alexandra was also paired with a tutor to her improve in Math and English.

Where She Is Now:  Alexandra has flourished with her academics and social skills.  She was accepted to Early College High School and is pursuing her goal of becoming an Immigration Lawyer.
