Mindfulness & Secondary Traumatic Stress

Participate in a specialized training session on Self-Care and Burnout tailored for professionals in the helping profession. In this space, attendees gather to unravel the intricacies of maintaining their own well-being while being pillars of support for others. The training goes beyond individual well-being; it becomes a catalyst for transformative change in their work with students and the community. By internalizing the principles of self-care, attendees are empowered to bring a heightened sense of empathy and resilience to their interactions with students, fostering a healthier and more supportive overall environment. Through insightful discussions and practical exercises, attendees uncover the signs of burnout and learn to identify the roots of stress. As they share stories and strategies, a collective understanding emerges, emphasizing that only by filling their own cups can they continue to pour into the lives of those they support. This is an IN-PERSON training at 1045 Cheever Blvd Suite #201, San Antonio, TX 78217.
